MLM lead generation is the largest goal for success in your MLM business, other than signing up prospects to your network marketing opportunity.
It’s a simple process. I don’t mean to suggest that it’s easy.
Let’s first start out with the most obvious fact: buying leads is a waste of time. In addition, having an online presence is a necessity. The right ingredients of building your MLM lead generation funnel starts with generating traffic and creating content.
Traffic + Content = MLM Lead Generation Success
In order for lead generation methods to work, especially with network marketing, you need to have at least one or two things going for you:
-
You need a high amount of traffic going to your website/blog, or
-
You need great content that a small amount of traffic has an interest in.
The purpose of having one, or both, in place would be to create a sales funnel through which your products, services, and messages can be matched to your lead generation efforts.
Warning: Introducing your business opportunity, upfront, has never worked.
If you haven’t read it:
-
Ann Sieg’s free report, 7 Great Lies Of Network Marketing explains this concept very well.
- Rob Fore’s Online MLM Marketing is also a great resource.
The next logical step with MLM lead generation would be, having a way to capture leads – an autoresponder service such as Aweber usually works well.
This service allows you to be in complete control of your lead generation campaign, including the ability to choose when to market to your leads, and what messages you send out. Their service also has a lot of information and tips to help with email marketing.

As I stated earlier, successful MLM lead generation isn’t an easy task, but it is an attainable one. The ability to craft your message to your audience can be time consuming, but well worth the effort.
Wishing You The Best,
